Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes! We're a Massachusetts nonprofit (currently completing our 501(c)(3) application) and we never charge the organizations we work with. There are no hidden fees, no contracts, and no surprises.
Who is eligible?
Any nonprofit, community group, or organization serving the public good can reach out. We're volunteer-run and take on a limited number of projects at a time, so we prioritize organizations serving underserved communities and let you know honestly what's possible.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope of the project and our capacity at the time — we'll give you a realistic estimate once we understand what you need.
What if I need changes after launch?
We do our best to offer ongoing support for sites we build, though the level of support depends on our capacity at the time. Just reach out and we'll see what we can do.
