Legal
Nondiscrimination Policy
Adopted September 3, 2026.
Our commitment
The Pixel Bridge does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, immigration status, religion or creed, sex, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital or familial status, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal or Massachusetts law.
Where this applies
This policy governs every part of our work, without exception:
- The organizations we serve. We select projects on the basis of need, mission, and our own capacity, never on a protected characteristic of an organization's leadership, staff, or the community it serves.
- The people those organizations serve. We do not work with organizations that restrict access to their services on a discriminatory basis.
- Our volunteers and staff. Recruitment, selection, assignment, and removal are free of discrimination and of harassment or retaliation.
- Our governance. The same standard applies to board and officer service.
Equal access to our services
Our services are provided at no cost. We do not charge, means-test, or otherwise condition access to our help on any protected characteristic. We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA so that the websites we deliver are usable by people with disabilities. See our accessibility statement.
Raising a concern
If you believe you have been treated in a way that conflicts with this policy, tell us. Write to [email protected] or use our contact form. Concerns go to the Founder, are reviewed within ten business days, and are handled without retaliation against the person who raised them.
